1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 777gk platform — including the website at 777gk.vu, any associated mobile application, and all games, betting markets, and account services offered therein — you ("the User") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 777gk ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the 777gk platform. Continued use of the platform after any amendments to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an account on 777gk, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and for the entire duration of your account being active:

• You must be a minimum of 21 years of age. 777gk enforces age verification at the point of registration and at withdrawal. Users who misrepresent their age will have their account permanently suspended and all funds forfeited.
• You must be acting as an individual in your own personal capacity and not on behalf of a third party or corporate entity.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or exclusion imposed by any gaming platform or regulatory body.
• You must be legally entitled to participate in online gambling activities based on your personal circumstances and local laws. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether participation is lawful in your specific jurisdiction.
• You must not already hold another active or suspended 777gk account. Only one account per person, household, IP address, device, or payment method is permitted.

During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. 777gk reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify your identity, age, address, and payment method ownership at any time. Failure to provide documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests pending verification.

3Account Management

Each registered user is permitted to maintain one (1) 777gk account. Holding multiple accounts — whether to exploit bonuses, circumvent limits, or any other purpose — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any outstanding balances, including bonus and real-money funds.

You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place under your 777gk account. This includes wagers placed, deposits made, bonuses claimed, and any instructions given to the support team. 777gk will act in good faith on any instructions received through your verified account login credentials.

• You must not share your login credentials with any other person.
• You must use a strong, unique password and are strongly encouraged to enable two-factor authentication via account settings.
• You must notify 777gk support immediately upon discovering or suspecting unauthorised access to your account.
• You may not sell, transfer, or assign your 777gk account to any other individual or entity.
• Account balances are non-transferable between accounts.

777gk reserves the right to suspend or close any account where fraudulent activity, collusion, or abuse of platform systems is suspected, pending investigation. During any investigation period, withdrawals may be withheld until the matter is resolved.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 777gk platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 777gk does not charge transaction fees for standard deposits or withdrawals, however your payment provider may impose their own charges for which 777gk accepts no liability.

• HBL (Habib Bank Limited) — processed within same business day

The minimum deposit amount is PKR 500. Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable daily or weekly withdrawal limits are displayed in the account cashier section and may vary by account tier and verification status.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to deposit funds into your 777gk account, or to a verified payment method linked to your account identity. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) compliance measure.

777gk reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, incomplete verification, or investigation into betting patterns inconsistent with normal recreational use.

5Bonuses & Promotions

777gk offers a range of promotional bonuses to registered users from time to time. All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to individual offer terms in addition to these general Terms & Conditions. Where there is a conflict between offer-specific terms and these general Terms, the offer-specific terms will prevail with respect to that promotion.

General Bonus Conditions applicable to all 777gk promotions:

• All bonuses are subject to minimum wagering requirements before bonus funds or associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be stated clearly at the time of the offer.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution percentages by game category are published in the individual offer terms. Live casino games and sports bets may have different contribution rates than slots.
• Bonuses have a defined validity period from the time of activation. Unused bonuses or unwagered bonus funds will expire automatically at the end of the validity period.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the specific offer states otherwise.
• Bonuses credited to your account in error must be reported to 777gk support and not wagered. Wagering of erroneously credited bonuses may result in account review and reversal of associated winnings.

6Casino Gaming Rules

All casino games available on 777gk — including live casino tables, slots, video poker, and virtual games — operate on certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer formats provided by licensed third-party game studios. Each game is governed by its own individual rules, which are accessible from within the game interface.

• Game results are final once confirmed by the game system. Technical faults that interrupt gameplay will result in the round being voided and any stake returned to the player's balance, subject to investigation.
• The published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentage for each game represents a long-term theoretical average. Individual session results will vary significantly from the stated RTP.

7Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting on 777gk covers a range of markets including, but not limited to, cricket (PSL, international fixtures), football, UFC, and other sporting events. The following general rules apply to all sports bets placed on the 777gk sportsbook.

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds are subject to change prior to bet confirmation.
• Bets placed on events that are subsequently postponed, abandoned, or rescheduled will be settled in accordance with 777gk's individual sport rules, which may vary by competition.
• In-play (live) betting markets are subject to temporary suspension at any time during an event. 777gk accepts no liability for the inability to place in-play bets during suspension periods.
• Obvious pricing errors — including but not limited to decimal odds of less than 1.00 or grossly mispriced markets — will be voided by 777gk regardless of whether the bet has been confirmed. Stakes will be returned in full.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per market. These are displayed in the betslip at the time of bet placement.
• Winnings from accumulator bets are calculated by multiplying the individual leg odds. All legs must win for the accumulator to return. Push outcomes on any leg of an accumulator will be treated as per individual sport rules.

8Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Reductions take immediate effect; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.

9Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 777gk platform. Any user found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, with associated balances subject to forfeiture pending investigation:

• Registering or operating more than one account on the 777gk platform under the same or different identities.
• Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable personal information during registration or at any point of identity verification.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or technical malfunctions in games or the platform for personal gain. Any such exploitation must be reported to 777gk support immediately.
• Using automated systems, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or place bets.
• Colluding with other players at poker, live casino tables, or any competitive game format.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal, including through the use of VPNs, proxies, or other circumvention methods to mask your true location.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank or payment provider on legitimate transactions.
• Abusing the 777gk customer support team — harassment, threats, or abusive language will result in immediate account suspension.

10Intellectual Property

All content on the 777gk platform — including but not limited to the 777gk brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game assets, promotional materials, written content, and software — is the property of 777gk or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, transmit, or create derivative works from any 777gk platform content without prior written permission from 777gk. Unauthorised use of 777gk intellectual property may result in legal action.

Access to the 777gk platform grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform solely for your own personal recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to commercial use, resale, or redistribution of any kind.

11Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777gk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform — including losses arising from betting or gaming outcomes, system outages, or data transmission errors.

• 777gk's total aggregate liability to any user in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the twelve months preceding the claim.
• 777gk is not liable for service interruptions caused by technical failures, third-party system outages, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events.
• 777gk does not guarantee the continuous, uninterrupted availability of any game, market, or platform feature.
• Any information provided on the 777gk platform — including odds, statistics, and match data — is provided for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional financial or sporting advice.

12Amendments to Terms

777gk reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly alter your rights or obligations as a user — 777gk will provide reasonable prior notice via your registered email address or a prominent notice on the platform.

Minor amendments, such as clarifications of existing provisions, correction of typographical errors, or updates to payment method lists, may be made without specific notification. The date of the most recent revision will be reflected in the "Current Version" indicator at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the 777gk platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure via the support team.

13Termination

777gk reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any user account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where:

• The user has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The user has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful conduct.
• The user has failed to complete identity verification within a reasonable period of being requested to do so.
• Continuing to operate the account would expose 777gk to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.
• The user has requested voluntary account closure.

Upon account termination for cause, 777gk reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Where termination occurs for any reason other than breach or fraud, verified real-money balances (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the user via their last verified payment method within a reasonable processing period.

You may request voluntary closure of your 777gk account at any time by contacting the support team. Prior to processing closure, any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses will be forfeited, and the remaining verified real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal.

14Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which 777gk holds its international gaming licence. By using the platform, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the procedures described below.

Dispute Resolution Process:

• Step 1 — Internal Complaint: All disputes must first be submitted to the 777gk customer support team in writing, providing full details of the issue and the outcome sought. 777gk will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to provide a resolution within 14 business days.
• Step 2 — Escalation: If the internal resolution is unsatisfactory, you may escalate the matter to the dispute resolution body designated by 777gk's licensing authority. Details of the applicable body are available upon request from the support team.
• Step 3 — Regulatory Complaint: If the dispute remains unresolved, you may file a formal complaint with 777gk's licensing regulatory authority.

Nothing in this clause prevents you from seeking emergency injunctive relief from a competent court where necessary to protect your interests from immediate harm.
